As the previous reviewer mentioned... non hotel spa users are treated as pheasants now. You know, the ones that fill the books when no one comes during off season. Saying spa users can't use the pools due to oils is a joke. I'd say 95%+ of their clientele are hotel guests soaked in massage oils, and I doubt anyone of them are challenged by this.

I've been visiting this property for almost 18 years as a local. Whilst I'd give the front desk staff and therapists 5 stars, the facility has become very outdated and bland. It's in dire need of a renovation.

I was very disappointed to find out (directly after my massage) that Vida guests, not staying at the hotel, are no longer welcome on the pool deck after their massages. Only one hour prior to the massage can you use the facilities which is not ideal. Although this is a new Accor rule, Vida has not adjusted their pricing to accommodate this significant decrease in experience.

I will sadly no longer be visiting Vida. The best part was the experience on the pool deck after the massage. Super disappointing.

I was blessed to have experienced the Ayurvedic Swedana 90 minute massage treatment this March.

The highlights for me were . . .

1. Very hot oil slowly poured onto your body and then massaged into your skin, hydrating and loosening your tension. Moving from one area to the next - forehead and collar bone areas stood out as exceptional

2. The steam experience in the cabinet was incredibly detoxifying and next level calming. The dried flowers and herbs incorporate into the steam and envelope your body with natural therapeutic joy.

3. Dry brushing and exfoliating is way better than I expected after steaming and oiling the skin! It wakes everything back up and prepares you to get back out into the world with pep in your step!

Definitely will do this experience again!

The only piece we were disappointed in is that when we arrived we did not get setup with robes or a locker in the health club.

Highly recommend Megan for prenatal massage. I am in my third trimester, and by far the best hour massage I've had throughout this pregnancy. She took care of all the aches in just one hour. Will definitely be booking again.

Amazing, highly recommend! I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with Shona, she drove the demons from my back! I was bed ridden last week and she worked out all the knots with perfect precision and consultative pressure. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a 90 minutes session, but I know better for next time. You can also access the steam room, sauna and hot tub before your massage(we snuck after for a few minutes) in a picturesque setting of the mountains. Excellent customer service booking through to the end.

The massage I had was good, but the waiting area is very lacklustre and there are no snacks. There is only water and one type of tea. I found the waiting area very boring. Considering that you have to use the hotel facilities the spa is not very relaxing because when you go to use the steam room or jacuzzi you have to deal with loud kids at the hotel.

I came to the spa as a walk-in to get a manicure and to enjoy the access to the pools. It's a lovely spa, caring thoughtful staff that provided me with all the guidance about where to go, what to do etc. I appreciated the spas consideration in NOT providing GEL nail services, because it's just plain bad for you nails! The only issue was I was not satisfied with my mani. The woman who did it was super sweet, but she just didn't have the experience to pay attention to the details: Crooked nails, only 1 coat of colour that basically was destroyed 2 days later. (I'm not rough on my nails), hand massage that was barely noticeable (not enough "massage", more just spreading moisturizer around lightly.) Needless to say, I was disappointed with the manicure. But overall experience was good.
