Had a good time at the trivia night here. I didn’t like how some of the non alcoholic drinks tasted but the Blue hawaian drink wasn’t bad. Vibes are good

Finally popped into this local pub early on a June Friday afternoon. It's a bright, attractive, airy space, with plenty of seating, including a small patio overlooking the car park. There's a full selection of wines, spirits and liqueurs, but the hook is the large (36) selection of local beers and ciders, advertised on the large board behind the bar. Apparently they rotate the selection on a regular basis, so there will definitely be something for everyone. No food, aside from the standard bar snacks, though they are entirely happy for you to bring stuff in and there are several decent establishments in the plazas either side of Brookline. It's a real community pub too, with a busy programme of music, comedy, quiz nights etc. Definitely need to check it out on a busy evening to get an idea of the vibe and maybe add the fifth star.

They don't actually have food in the house, but you can order on Uber Eats, which is really cool! Lots of good beer options, drinks, beautiful and cozy atmosphere. I really liked it and will come back more often.

They don't have much in the way of food but the dill pickle popcorn slaps. I have heard you can order food in. There was a very refreshing beer with mango and dragon fruit that is great for the summer.
We went for trivia night. I liked how they displayed the questions and options on the screen.
The atmosphere is very nice and the art in one of the bathrooms gave me a good chuckle.

Great spot for fun social gatherings and has a nice vibe. The decor is warm and stylish—kind of cozy but still modern with lots of seating and couches. Great place to relax with a drink, and the atmosphere makes it feel a little more special than your average pub.

me and my boyfriend came here for halloween last night, and it was the best decision ever! the lighting was dimmed and gave off a spooky vibe (and as someone who's neurodivergent, harsh lighting affects me greatly but this place felt super cozy), the staff were hospitable, and the overall look of the bar was very pretty with all the twinkle lights and decor. the male bartender was quick to take our first order of drinks and periodically checked in on us throughout the night which was nice and we only interacted with the female bartender once (since she was busy with other people) but when she delivered my drink in a little skull shot glass, she seemed so sweet! overall, this place is great in all aspects and we definitely will be coming here again. also, whoever was in charge of the horror movies playing (scream 2, scary movie, and the purge) needs a raise because they were fantastic to watch and made the night a lot more fun

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at The Village Taphouse! It was my husbands birthday, and we really wanted to have a fun time with good music… so we debated downtown or the Taphouse, and went with the TH because they accommodated our large group and even played our playlist!! It was so much fun; drinks were fresh & tasty, and the atmosphere is amazing! We will be back!
