My experience at Village Wellness Spa today was simply exquisite. From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The atmosphere was so calm and peaceful, the service impeccable. The massage was tailored perfectly to my needs, leaving me completely rejuvenated. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made every moment special. It was a truly luxurious escape that I can't wait to relive.

This is a great place and Roberta was the best RN I have ever had work done from. She's incredibly experienced, patient and provides an incredible amount of knowledge. I had terrible experiences at Monaco and Skin Vitaliy and almost gave up.

I am sad to make this review because it’s a cute local spa but wow, had an incredibly poor experience. I took the day off from work to book a 90 minute facial and 90 minute massage (booked online). The first issue is that they scheduled the facial first (why?) which meant that I had to be face down during my massage and all of the products from my facial would be rubbed off. When I brought up this concern to the manager, there is very little that she did to solve the problem except tell me that the facialist could add products right at the end of my massage to avoid them rubbing off (not ideal, but whatever). My 90 minute facial started 20 minutes late and the facialist left the room for 10 minutes while at the facemask was on, not to mention that the facial ended 15 minutes early (which I assumed was because she was going to complete the facial afterwards). When I was done with my massage and went back into the facialist’s room, she told me to sit on top of the blanket with all of the lights still on and spent about 30 seconds adding one serum and spf to my face. So in total, I had a 45 min facial (when I was expecting, and BOOKED 90 mins). Again, when sharing these concerns to the manager, she said that facials aren’t 90 minutes, they are actually 45 minutes. Apparently even though you book 90 minutes on the website, the room is booked that long, but they only allocate 45 minutes for the massage because they “leave time to get into the bed and out of the bed”. So I’ve just now paid full price for a facial that was 45 minutes. Both the facialist and manager were full of attitude and did not offer any resolutions to the point where I felt so uncomfortable and left. I cannot believe I took a day off of work expecting to be relaxed yet I am leaving with more tension than when I started, plus $400 less dollars in my bank account.

*addition to the above: there was one girl at reception that was SO nice and helpful and truly tried to do her best and I really appreciated the effort - I didn’t get her name but I think someone said it was Natalie, so thank you Natalie for trying your best to make the situation better for me

Edit: Your response is as shitty as the customer service I experienced. You had an opportunity to make it better yet you respond in a way that takes 0 accountability. Never coming back.

Ester is simply the best! I’ve been seeing her for well over a decade. Each and every time I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her personable, gentle and kind disposition amongst her talent as an esthetician is one of a kind. Despite the spa being further away from home, I’ll continue to go to Ester for facials, waxing and body treatment needs.

Everyone at the Sherwood Village Spa is so accommodating, friendly, and professional. The Spa is very clean and organized. The soft background music relaxes your mind and the warm tea that is offered is soothing. Thank you to Julie who did a fantastic job on my hands and feet! So nice to spend time there?
