Booked an appointment with one of the girls. Got there and they wanted a guy to do my pedicure when I had specifically said I wanted a female. They finally agreed and I was with a girl just learning which was fine. The water was stone cold and I kept asking for warmer water. Then the worst was when I wanted a regular manicure and they didn’t want to do that. I was told I needed to do shellac that they didn’t want to do a regular one. I was pushed into that when I said my nails would be like paper afterwards. She didn’t care and only wanted to do shellac. So my nails are ruined now for 6 months. She said more money for shellac so clearly that was what it was about more money. First and last time going here.

the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff were unfriendly and the lady doing my toes made my appointment very uncomfortable by doing them way too rough. Most nail places I’ve been to, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while there such as asking if you want the message chair on etc, the whole appointment was rushed and not once did the lady doing my toes talk to me or ask if I wanted to my chair on. worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon

This is our favourite nail salon in Brantford, the ladies that work here are professional and thorough, and really take the time to give you gorgeous results.

Hannah is a talented nail tech, she comes up with beautiful designs that always complement the colours you choose. Her assistant is a lovely lady, her work is meticulous and detailed. I keep my nails natural and she took good care to keep them looking polished and elegant.

It's worth the visit, a manicure and pedicure are both generously priced for what they give you and the experience is always relaxing, you will walk out of there feeling well taken care of. These wonderful ladies care about their clients and their experience, so please do yourself a favour and check out this nail salon.

One of the few salons in the area that offers dipping powder, and that does it really well, like the salons in Toronto where dipping powder is what most people get done. Highly skilled and hospitable staff - was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Amazing experience getting my nails done at VIP nails! Booking was extremely easy online, salon was clean and welcoming, they even had food tours playing on the TV! I am totally in love with my nails, they are exactly what I wanted and when I changed my mind on one of the colours she was happy to change it to the different colour! Very happy I booked with VIP!

Okay, this place is seriously INCREDIBLE!

I will NEVER go anywhere else for a pedicure. I highly recommend the spa pedicure, it included a hot rock massage with rose petals in the water, parrafin wax in a bag wrapped around your feet, your feet and calves massaged with exfoliates, lotions, oils, the works! It was honestly the best pedicure I've ever experienced in my life!

I decided to go in today to have my finger nails done to see how they do with hands. Got something for Halloween and they did not disappoint AGAIN!

I had Hanna do both appointments and she's just amazing. She's VERY thorough, makes sure there's no cuticles left showing, every step along the way she makes sure you're happy with, she gave suggestions that worked out perfectly and acheived exactly what I wanted. And she is very easy to talk to.

I was going to magic nails since I've been here but my last experience wasn't awesome. I had to go back 4 times in a matter of 2 weeks because of nails breaking and the color not being anything close to what I wanted. It cost me over 200$ in 2 weeks so I thought I'm at least giving somewhere else a shot. And I'm so glad I did.

The place can use a little bit of a lift, and I don't like the door staying open cause flies fly in lol but the services were right on point, the place is clean, staff is wonderful and I leave feeling super satisfied.

VIP Nails definitely exceeded my expectations once again ❤ thank you!
