Last of the very few old bars in and around Edmonton. Great atmosphere, reasonable priced drinks. Servers are always friendly, and pleasant, however I only go in the afternoon when it's not too busy.

THE WORST service imaginable. Seriously the bartenders are rude, always on their phones and give you attitude. I bought only one drink and she didn't give me any eye contact, had a seriously annoyed tone in her voice and acted like existing was a problem. Every bartender I've seen there has always been rude! They seem like they hate their job, I won't recommend going at all because of how rude the people working there are. Also the beer is overpriced, 12 dollars for 2. Even happy hour is ridiculous

First time visiting the wagon wheel saloon, was only about 10 people total in the bar when we showed up for drinks and pool as a party of 7. Blonde middle age skinny waitress was the only one on staff and came to take IDs when we walked in, gave them back and left before we could order drinks. Waited at the table for 10 minutes while she talked and talked to a group of obvious regulars, gave up on her and approached the bar to ask for a drink and change for pool and she refused and said “I’m busy right now” and left to wipe down vlts. Wasn’t worth being treated badly or the wait time didn’t end up spending a dime, kosmos got our money. I live 5 minutes away was really looking forward to a regular bar experience and was beyond disappointed. I’ll try again in a month but until a proper employee is hired this place is a waste of time.

This past Saturday my friends and I went to this bar and the lady bartending was unbelievably rude to all of us. Was such bad service we left. Would definitely like to come back as it’s local and a nice bar but not if there’s going to be such rude staff running the place. Very let down !
