Luke was awesome - as so was the balance of team I met at Washington Pools. The team looked after a warranty issue for me. Please note: the item was not even purchased at their store but... they recognized I was from out of town and completed the warranty work. The repair was completed that same day so I did not have to wait long or have to travel back to pick up the repaired item. Exceptional Customer Service and so appreciated - thanks so much from an hour away!

We are first time pool owners and have had great service from Kieren who has been looking after our pool maintenance on a weekly bases. He was happy to teach us about the system, chemicals and weekly cleaning. Always friendly and does a great job cleaning and leaving it ready for use overtime.
