I really enjoy coming to this spa. Theres something special and magical about it. Maybe its the ambience, the atmosphere (which smells terrific ) and the friendliness of staff but I really love it.
I must put in a word about the Hair Tonic oil they make (crafted by them) that really works! I had hair thinning but it has reversed it and my hair is thick again - my scalp feels revived. It works!
Also their soaps also crafted there are fabulous!

It’s my first time for facial with water roots. Had an amazing experience at water Roots Spa. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to assess my skin and thoroughly explained which facial would work best for me. The treatment was relaxing and very thorough, my skin feels rejuvenated and glowing. Highly recommend them for their expertise.

I can’t begin to explain the impact Water Roots spa had on my terrible day. I walked into my appointment flustered, looking defeated and almost in tears because of the day I was having. Immediately the woman at the front desk asked me if I was ok and offered me some stress spray with some oil for my wrists. By the time I was called by my RMT (Simren) my nerves had calmed.

The love and care didn’t stop there. Simren realized I was the stressed woman who called to book the appointment and asked me if I was having a better day. I just felt comforted and cared for.

Long story short - this place is a little piece of heaven. I would recommend over and over. The massage was beautiful. Everyone one in there were pleasant and lovely. I can’t wait to go back for another massage and explore more of their services.

I absolutely love this quaint spa! Each time I visit the owner Cindy and all the staff are welcoming and so knowledgeable. Cindy is a Godsend when it comes to skincare because she literally saved my skin... I would highly recommend any of their facial treatments.
The apothecary products are all locally made and are so luxurious.

I can't wait to visit again!

I have been coming to Water Roots Day Spa for over 11 years. Not even a move 60 km away three years ago has stopped me from coming!!! Walking in to Water Roots is like coming home. Cindy and her staff make you feel like you are the only person there! Between Cindy's homemade products and awesome services offered, I truly would not go anywhere else. I cannot even begin to describe their facials!! A special shout out to Amanda...after ten years of you providing me with such great care, I genuinely feel like part of the Water Roots family!

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Bolton. I came here for the first time today to surprise my Mom with a manicure/pedicure for her Birthday. Hands down the best spa experience we’ve ever had. Kim and Reema did an amazing job on our nails and made our experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The spa environment is very clean, they have a great nail polish/Shellac colour selection and I love that their body/skin products are all natural and hand crafted by the owner. We will definitely be coming back for our regular spa treatments. Thank you for an amazing mother & daughter day! 💖

I started coming here 3 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I have eczema and the only people I trust to give me facials in general are Cindy and Amanda. They know how to care for your skin in a way that's super personalized and unlike any other experience you will have I promise. Cindy is a super hands-on owner and it's refreshing to see a leader instead of a boss in a place like this. Her hand crafted products are the perfect stocking stuffers. Amanda is such a talented esthetician and is super informative but at the same time, allows you to relax and assists you in your zen moment that feels like such samadhi. Happy 13 years! x
