Had a hot oil scalp massage with Mia today! Felt so relaxed and she was so kind. I plan to make these a habit as I felt so calm and the scalp massage also included shoulders and neck and it was exactly what I needed! 10/10 would recommend

Was visiting Belleville on a mini getaway… booked an aromatherapy massage with Mia, hands down (no pun intended) just what I needed!… a sensory and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Amazing!

The Strong Seniors Yoga class at We Thrive in Belleville, under Annemarie Wolf. is excellent. I'm 76, I have two knee replacements and although I walk a lot and take chair yoga, I had thought this would be beyond my capabilities. It wasn't and taught me new strengthening exercises I could do at home without resorting to costly gym equipment.

I received a gift certificate for here for my first mother's day from my husband. I was excited to use it to say the least. I contacted them by phone and email on Monday May 13th with the intention of booking a spa service. I was told the particular service I wanted was offered in 30 or 45 mins, I asked if I could do 60 mins and I was told the esthetician would create something for me and that they'd get back later in the week. I thought it was an odd response. Days went by, no one got back to me, I contacted them early in the day on Friday, I said I could do a shorter time if it was easier, still no response. On Tuesday, after still no response, my husband contacted them and got his money back for the gift certificate. How disappointing. If you want to plan a nice surprise for a loved one then go elsewhere.
