I came here for an acrylic set nails they started popping off within 2 1/2 weeks and once all of them came off I had very sore nail beds. The acrylic was stuck to my skin and nails are growing fungus. Tried cutting the fungus off some off and nails won’t allow clippers under nails.
Never coming here again and would like to be completely compensated

Very pleased! My friend and I went there for the first time today - it was my early birthday gift for her. They did separate us to either side of the table so we couldn’t talk. We both chose the same pattern with different colours. The man that started mine was very kind, listened to me wanting to use my real nails and the length of them (but rounded them more as asked). When he got to doing the pattern, I thought he was doing a very good job as it is unique and delicate. A lady (maybe the owner) didn’t think so and she took over (even though I didn’t say anything). I felt bad as I thought the man was doing a good job. But I appreciate the fact that they wanted to make sure I left 100% satisfied and with a replica of the design I had found online. Very polite and clearly they care very much for their clients. We can’t wait to make this a more regular event! We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Had an appointment with a friend for 3 o'clock was brushed off for a while then finally had our pampering start. For a pedicure and full set we didn't leave until 6pm. I was there getting my nails done for my wedding and I am less then happy for what I got. I would recommend to go somewhere else, pay the extra money and go somewhere better I wish I did. I don't usually get my nails done and I will never go back here. They were nice but took forever and ultimately didn't care about giving me what I wanted. I'm not even a picky person considering I dont normally get my nails done, I'm hoping they at least last until my wedding without falling off.

Worst pedicure
I also got my nail's done the fake nails. They do not trim your cuticles. They don't push back anything they slapped them on and don't listen to you when you tell them shorter. I got them done a few days ago and I already need a fill. They're very flimsy nails

And the place is not very sanitary

It depends on the nail tect you go. I had mentioned that my nail was crooked she acknowledged that yes it was, said that she will file it later. When the time came too the lady told me no its straight. Proceeded to bend my thumb till the nail looked straight to her. Other then that they usually do a decent job.. not worth 80 dollars though

Be careful with the DRILL!!!!!!
Last two recent experiences haven’t been good. First one my nail tech wouldn’t put on my top coat, I genuinely had to say please & plead her. That’s not the problem, she’s new i get it & there’s no issue with that. Today i went in and got a new set, so they had to take off an old set. as they were taking off old bow gem things & were pulling my nail bed extremely hard, once we got to the drill, they were very rushed, i pulled away more than twice from the drill; My nail beds got hot & they were burning. Afterwards, she used the tool to take off my skin between my skin and nail bed & nicked me more than twice!! After she put the acrylic on, the acrylic started burning two nails at once then another one later, first time i asked her to spray acetone on it she told me “don’t worry about it, that’s just what happens when you get a new set.” & just to let you know; that’s so very not true. that hasn’t happened anywhere but here & you need to work on some training customer service. Nails came out amazing though.

I love this salon. All the workers are amazing and friendly. I walk in there with complicated designs and Tammy always nails it with what I ask for. I have also had Kristy for designs she is also great, the rest of the staff is also amazing for shaping and pedicures, you name it. Highly recommended. I would post photos of all the nails I have but photos never do justice. So you have to go in and see for yourself!!
