Kind, caring customer service. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was extremely spacious and equipped with everything you would need including modern decor and appliances. A very comfortable stay. |Close to amenities. Would highly recommend.

I booked a room for two nights for an elderly friend in the recent ice storm. The main reason for picking this motel was that we were told breakfast was included. When checking in, we were told no breakfast offered. The TV was not working. The owner sent his son but he was no help. Fortunately, my elderly friend found one sports channel. My friend also reported the shower wasn't working. He reported it to the owner who mumbled something and didn't investigate. When my friend asked the cleaning lady the next morning, she said oh it hasn't been working for a while. My friend put a bottle of water and a sub in the fridge. Both were frozen solid the next day. There was no phone book in the room for my friend to order take out. He is elderly and doesn't have a cell phone. I would not recommend this motel. A bad experience for my elderly friend.

Did I mention also the power went out the second night and only came on in the morning. Try finding your way around a strange room to get to the bathroom!

Showed up on a Friday night with my daughter, got into a room within a few minutes. The owner/front desk guy was very friendly and personable. The outside of the building doesn't do the inside justice. Nice big rooms, newly renovated bathrooms and great location! Definitely would stay again!

We booked and stayed in a room last minute due to poor winter weather/driving conditions. Our stay was very comfortable and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and the room was clean and new. Breakfast was simple and a nice bonus to our experience. The inn is located just minutes to almost everything in Bracebridge. I would totally stay here again!

This room with kitchette, all newly renovated. They let you have pets, the managers were very nice. Lots of places to eat and get groceries close by. Beds are very nice. We will be back.

Booked for Friday/Saturday; got snowed in during 2024 Snowmagedon; stayed until Tuesday. Loved our stay; Jay Patel and his family helped make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Friendly hosts; lovely clean room, latest appliances (stove, microwave, fridge, new vanities, …. . Book your stay in Bracebridge at the Wellington Inn. You won’t be dissapointed.

Stay here for 3 nights, during the muskoka highway eleven closure. This place is worth being at, especially if you have a pet. The family who owns the the place is very friendly and go out of the way to help you. I highly recommend it

Never, have I been to a small family owned hotel where I have been treated with such respect and care for like one of their family.

I visit this quiet little town and always choose to stay at the Wellington Inn, the staff is amazing the rooms are modern and update and give you the feeling of a high end luxury experience at a fraction of the price. The property is large and is quite for families, they have 2 large pads and a charcoal BBQ which I live to cook on during my stay.

The nature surroundings are beautiful and expands into some of the best winding roads that will take you through town and on a great motorcycle/sporty car spirited adventure.

Absolutely love the owners John& Hansa and I’ve become very close with Jay & Meera.
Looking forward to taking my family back up for our next visit!
