I recommend Wellness within to everyone. It has great services and products. The staff don’t talk during massages & facials unless you initiate, which I love & appreciate! The atmosphere is calm & soothing. The staff are friendly & know what they’re doing. I have received many of the services & loved them all.

If you looking for a fabulous facial, look no further than Wellness Within. Beautiful space, lovely people and exceptional products are all part of the experience. I started doing the Collagen90 facials last winter and saw incredible results. I'm back for round 2 of a series of facials to keep my skin looking and feeling great during the cold months. Highly recommend! You and your skin deserve the experience!

Very nice location. I saw Candace for pelvic floor physiotherapy, prior to giving birth. She was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and helped significantly. I would highly recommend her and looking forward to seeing her again!

I’ve been a regular at Wellness within spa for a while now, and let me tell you—every visit is pure bliss. The ambience is so relaxing, I can practically feel the stress melting away the second I walk in. The therapists are awesome—they really know what they’re doing and always make sure I’m comfortable. The space is super clean, which is always a plus! And I have to mention, I ALWAYS fall asleep during my massage sessions (I swear, I’m practically snoring by the end!). The staff is super friendly, and I leave every time feeling like a new person. Highly recommend—just be warned, you might find yourself dozing off too!

I’ve only been to one class so far; Core Fusion. I LOVED it! It was the most intense workout class I have ever been to. It’s been two days and I’m still sore to walk our stairs LOL. I’m so excited to try some of their yoga classes. Might book a massage after the next Core Fusion class….. I really like this studio. It's small and welcoming.

Professional, positive experience throughout the entire session. Front desk staff were efficient and pleasant. The massage therapist was very responsive and effective in her deep massage treatment of my areas of concern. I highly recommend Kimberley at Wellness Within.

I spend a lot of my time at Wellness Within. I think it is a really beautiful atmosphere. All of my yoga & fitness certifications have come from this establishment, starting back in 2015. For almost 10 years, I've continued to come back here. Many places offer a variety of fitness classes and have accommodating class schedules, but I feel very supported here. I've experienced everyone here be encouraging & kind, and I find the owners to be very humble. I am grateful I get hang out here as much as I do.
