West Brant Nails & Spa was amazing!! They were very flexible with booking appointments, very professional, very kind! They did my nails exactly how I hoped for them to turn out. The owner is very friendly and this new location looks amazing inside! Definitely will be back soon!!

I was going to give a 5* rating, but this is only 4 days later and i now have a chunk out of my thumb nail which i already figured something wasnt right. The booking was wrong booked for 2 was 1 but the owner said no problem they only do simple designs with nail polish but do have a hug selection of colors. I got bio gels my very first time ever getting any type of artificial nails and i have to say my experience was kinda bad i hope not all salons act like the owner did she gets very angry easily the lady doing my gels was also doing it wrong so the owner had to fix it. i settled on what i got pretty but not what i wanted. I wont be back here especially since i will now have to pay someone else to fix these i came out of town a 2 hour drive to have them done with my daughter in law. Also got some of the gel stuff on my skin. UPDATE Finding more chips at the ends of nails now 6 days after nails were done
UPDATE 2: 10 Days later and the piece that broke off the guide underneath had now broken see pictures i do not and will not recommend this nail salon this was my very first time ever getting my nails done amd i am beyond disappointed

I’ve been going to Tammy since she opened. I’ve always had exceptional service and love my nails each time! She always is available and is very timely. Highly recommend! Even had my wedding nails done by her 💍🤍

Recently i got shellac polish and it’s been 3 days all my nails have chips and it got off of my nails like a regular polish would do!! Not recommended!!

New to Brantford , was looking for a nail salon. Found this absolute gem! Didn't book an appointment, which you should ! Never the less Tammy was really welcoming and did my manicure and pedicure so good . Very professional and kind, made me feel comfortable and satisfied. Will definitely come back here ! This is now my go to place !

They don’t even deserve 1 ⭐️

I literally cried my way home, the WORST experience I’ve had doing my nails. The nail technician rushed through the service, leaving my nails looking messy. To make matters worse, she didn't bother to clean my nails properly after completing the service, which left them looking worse when my hands dried after washing them. She left so much of the UV gel on my skin, I’m still trying to get it off.

My nails now look like I did them myself two weeks ago, and it's embarrassing. I expected a professional job, especially for a special occasion, but it was a huge disappointment. What saddened me even more was that the nail technician lied about having the color I wanted. Instead, she tried to convince me that another color was better for me, but I later found out she never had the color I originally asked for.

I felt deceived and disrespected as a customer. It's essential for nail salons to be honest and provide the service they promise. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, as my birthday celebration was dampened by the experience, and my nails looked like garbage throughout the whole day. I hope this review serves as a warning for others, and I'll definitely be looking for a more reliable salon in the future.

I switched to Tammy about a year ago because she does an amazing job at my nails. They always look great. She has a beautiful new salon I would highly recommend her.
