Mike is a very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure type of business owner. He helped make buying our first hot tub easy and fun. Gave us a good deal on a vikingspas model that suited our needs, and provided all the accessories and chemicals we needed. It’s a convertible tub, so we’re running it off 110v now but can upgrade to 220v if we want to upgrade our panel down the road. So far though the 110v configuration is suiting us fine. Set at 104 and even after an hour it’s still at 100, that’s when it’s 3 degrees outside. Mike is very quick to respond to texts when we have questions. Rob is a very friendly tech who came to install our tub, went above and beyond to make sure it was in the location and configuration that we wanted. Walked us through the setup. We bought a tub on Sunday and it was filling up on our deck by Tuesday. Amazing service. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience from the start. Mike was awesome, everything he stated was accurate and he knew his products. They made the buying experience very straightforward and simple. The hot tub showed up when he said it would and product was as advertised. The delivery team they use was great and we had another contractor that works with Mike come later on 4 hours notice and place the hot tub on our pad with a small crane. It really couldn’t have gone any smoother. The maxx vita prestige spa we purchased is amazing. Would recommend them all day long.

We bought our tub from Mike a little over two years ago. Recently had some concerns about one of the jets while in operation. Popped into the store to talk to Mike about it. Rob the tech was also in the office and offered to come by the next day to take a look…on a Sunday afternoon…
No company offers this kind of follow up or service. The staff at West Coast are extremely knowledgeable about their products.
If your looking for a spa, or advice about what you have, I’d recommend talking to the staff at West Coast!

We bought our tub just over a year ago, and just recently, we had a small problem with the heater. Mike was on it right away, and got the ball rolling. Rob the repair guy came over the very next day and fixed the problem. No questions asked, just prompt, courteous, and professional service. It's nice to see that level of follow up care and service. Seems to be hard to find these days. Tub works great !!

After several frustrating disappointments on two previous occasions to purchase a home spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, 'after sales' service, and prompt delivery I received from Mike, at "West Coast Factory Direct". I have been enjoying the benefits of my Viking hot tub since May of 2021, and I have these fine folks to thank for it. Mike was very informed and knowledgeable regarding the products he offers at his dealership,. And his honesty and friendly demeanor were a welcome change from my previous unsuccessful attempts to purchase a hot tub this past year from three other dealerships in Nanaimo. I also want to give a special 'shout out' to 'Dan' as well, for educating me in the art of maintaining this new acquisition for my back yard Zen garden. The customer service is excellent. Mike goes above and beyond to help. He has an abundance of knowledge on all types of hot tubs. I purchased my first hot tub from him 4 years ago. I'm not in need of a new one at this time but I can guarantee when I'm ready for an upgrade he's the one I'll be going to. You can't go wrong with this business. I highly recommend it!!
