They answer their phone. I've tried call multiple times. It says they answer from 6am to 10pm and all their representatives are currently busy answering calls. I called after 1 hour, same message. There are people wanting to ask questions before heading, I'd appreciate it if someone answers the phone. Pretty disappointing.

Great place to go swim and exercise! If only they had a swim up tiki bar or espresso, coffee bar for after swim😆

The community center is a fantastic place with gym facilities, a clean and refreshing pool, and a peaceful library. Perfect for all ages. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere make every visit a great experience!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WEST END! Last week I came here swimming and this pole fell over and when I picked it up, it SMASHED my head and instantly gave me the goose egg (photo shown) I had to go to the hospital to make sure I didn’t have a concussion. I called west end and asked them to kindly remove this pole as it can be a danger to all the kids coming here, they said they removed it but not even a week later, I came back and it was there. When I asked the staff she laughed and said “it must have been the full time staff”. Very displeased with the lack of respect they have for people’s safety. They could make this sign so much safer for everyone but instead they are being lazy and putting it back. Very disrespectful!!!!

It's always fun when I bring my kid there. The pools are great, as well as the swim classes. The library that is in the same building is well equipped and has a friendly staff. They have multiple activities for people of all ages! I love it there!

We do our toddler’s swimming lesson here. Great temperature for the pool it’s super warm on the kids pool. Good locker spots. Lots of parking.
Very Small waiting /watching area for the parents.
You’d have to go through the showers to get into the pool itself so be prepared to be wet.
Attentive staff. 🙂 there’s also drop in and a public library which is nice

We visited the centre to see our wonderful Guelph Fire Department have a kids day with a fire safety talk and display, it was awesome!

Parking can be a nightmare if there's a game going on. We usually just go for the pool. The pool itself is fine, but the family change room is freezing, and the showers are terrible. Showers were bad to begin with, but they recently changed them to even lower
flow. It's barely a dribble now, making it impossible to get soap and shampoo out of your hair.
