Our family has been enjoying our time at P&P for several years, and it has truly become a special place for us. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the manager, Ryan, is phenomenal! He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience, especially with the kids.

The food is fantastic (great deals and everyone can find something!) We love coming here to bowl, eat, and create memories together.

However, I need to address a recurring issue we've had with one of the servers. During our last visit, I asked her if everything was okay because she often seems uncomfortable serving my family, and I’ve noticed that persons service has been subpar, to be honest seems to want to be anywhere but there, it’s uncomfortable. In response, she repeatedly said, "You're coming in hot," which felt quite awkward, especially in front of my children. Thankfully, we had a new server shortly after who was cheerful and attentive, which made the experience much better. We always tip well, so I'm not sure what the disconnect is. It can be exhausting to spend our money in West Kelowna when it feels like some staff aren't fully engaged in their roles.

Despite this hiccup, we still like and appreciate all the hard work from Ryan and the rest of the team. We hope to see improvements in service so we can continue to enjoy our visits without these awkward moments. Thank you for all that you do!

I just hosted an event here through my work at AutismBC and it was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with all our participants. I would definitely return with my family, and plan an event through my work again!

Had a good time bowling with my son with my parents watching over us last week. Was super impressed that you could assign bumpers to one player and they would pop up when that player's turn was up and go down for the other player. Very cool!

What a great place.

The wings are delicious, good serving size and have a decent amount of meat on them.
They had a deal on PBR when I was there, so obviously I had to crush a few while watching the game.
The staff was awesome, we were cracking jokes with them, food came quick and our drinks were never empty.
Also there’s a cool little arcade area in the back corner.
10/10 I’ll be back to explore more of the menu.

Whiski Jack’s Pins & Pints is a fun spot for a night out, but it is definitely on the pricey side at $60 an hour. That said, I’ve been a few times and always had a great time. The atmosphere is lively, and I really enjoy the option of playing shorter games with the ‘build a monster’ feature or sticking with classic bowling. It’s a unique twist that makes the experience even more enjoyable. While the cost might be a bit steep, it’s still a great place to go for a fun and memorable outing.

Staff were super friendly drinks and food were great despite he wait due to being under staffed, and the bowling is super fun, they have both 10 and 5 pin!

Had a great time tonight at pins & pints , originally came in for some bowling before dinner but at 60 bucks a hour passed on that, dinner was so good! the GM was very pleasant and was on the floor helping out his team. i would highly recommend this place. The ceaser was delicious and our server was top notch . I asked our server if we could sit to watch the game even tho we were done eating . And if she needed the table to let us know and we would move no problems. She said no problems to sit and stay so that was appreciated.

Not your average bowling alley food! Menu is great, food is delicious! I especially love their pizzas and the service is welcoming and efficient. Always on the top of our list for a night out and love the 5 pin option.
