There was only one family in the restaurant when we arrived. Other families that arrived were all white and got excellent service. The two Indigenous families including my own were served last. With cold food. Too bad because we love the food and I usually tip good for good service. We will not be returning! There are way better restaurants in Terrace that will provide good service to my family and we are treated with respect and dignity!

We highly recommend white spot in terrace! We come here every Sunday for brunch...they are very good with regards to helping with wheelchair access as well which is sometimes hard to find! Servers great! Management great! Will always drive an hour from kitimat to come here:)

Very nice atmosphere and an excellent beer and wine selection. Definitely one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve ever had. Toasty warm with large window view of main street Terrace.
As of Jan9 2020 white spot coleslaw was my absolute favourite and I love coleslaw but I’ve noticed they’ve changed something and I’m not sure what, but it has lost something now.

When we arrived there was only one family there, we waited about 15min or more for the waitress to take our drink order she didn't even get that right, my grandson waited so long for his vanilla milkshake, when we finally got to order our food it must have been about an hour, and the food came cold. Poor service seen 3 waitress but only one working.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. I arrived and checked in a couple of minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Then, after waiting 20+ minutes for the order to be brought out, i decided to go into the restaurant and see what's going on. When i walked in, I noticed an order sitting on the counter and a not very busy restaurant. A waitress notices me and asks how she can help; when i let her know, I've been waiting on an order, She hands me the order that had been sitting out on the counter. I then had to ask where the drink for the order was. Apparently, it wasn't prepared yet, as the waitress had to go pour it. Once i was back in my vehicle, i checked on the order only to discover that all the food is now room temperature and the ice cream from the kids' meal is completely melted.

Waste of time and money go here for food.

So I guess we went on a busy day or completely understaffed. Had to ask for a second cup of coffee and it took 10 mins. Not enough creamer served and had to ask for extra which took more time. Waited over 45 mins for our breakfast and the eggs were so raw on the Benedict. I could not eat this. Left without eating and just a bad experience.
