Amazing and friendly staff! The room was clean and the pillows and beds were so comfortable! The owner was super accommodating and had fresh fruit for my kiddos. Thanks for a great stay and affordable room. Will use this place as our go to in our future travels.

My family and I stayed here for a week, as we just moved to Grande Prairie. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, no bugs and the staff, especially Walter (the manager) were very pleasant to deal with. They were always helpful and friendly. I'm not sure why other people are saying negative things about the staff, they were wonderful. I hope that when people read these reviews, they do with a grain of salt.

Honestly I’m not sure why it was given 1 stars or comments about the owners they are Amazing , housekeepers are just as amazing and slowly renovating!! I mean they are doing amazing for a cheap place to stay !!!! I stayed in this hotel for a month last year and rented a room last night they are amazing! I honestly recommend them! For being a small owned business they are doing awesome !!! Keep up the great amazing service

Worst staff I've ever had to deal with.... completely ignorant and disrespectful. The rooms were dirty, stained sheets/dirty blankets.... unsanitary sleeping conditions then the staff proceeded to ignore any attempts to contact someone for some sort of support or assistance for new clean sheets.. tried to kick us out in the middle of the night with my 1 year old baby because I asked for clean sheets or a new room... after being harassed by the staff they are refusing to give my deposit back without reasoning or cause ...the cheap rooms are not worth the ignorant disrespectful staff.

Place is a joke manager is literally getting mad at the guy above my room cause he walked outside in a private area. I had a couple friends over and we were not being loud I was asked to get them to leave. So I got them to leave. There was a bit of mud on the carpet when I left... I was denied my deposit back. I don't suggest anyone stay here. Everything I'm saying is more then true any other hotel wouldn't of had problems but as you can see from the comment below
management here argues with his guests and does not manage the building well at all

The owner was very kind & helpful. He even upgraded our room!! Great customer service. The room was actually really nice, ac unit was whisper quiet and kept the room so nice and cool, the bed was comfy. Great value for this inexpensive room.

The room was clean & super friendly helpful staff. It’s quite nice having the laundry available at the inn as well. I personally work long hours & they were great to be able to open up the office after hours so I could book additional nights. Also great how it’s so close to the mall as well as multiple fast food restaurants! 10/10 would recommend if you’re here for work as the staff is super flexible. Clean & comfortable bedding too!

The staff there cant take ownership for mistakes and there alot..the manager walter has to be the most 2 faced manager there is...throws his staff under the bus. Has absolutly no authority there ar all.....not one good thing to say

106 days and they would not give a deal....over 14k it cost when its 2000 a month....brutal place
