We enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay here again.

The biggest downside was the pool room and pool water were COLD which made it hard to enjoy our swim. We still had fun, it just wasn't the same as other hotels that make their pool rooms warmer so you're not shivering.

Decent hotel. It has the color palette of a newly flipped house - all grey. Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. I loved the fully blackout edges around the window curtain - really a nice feature.

Big pool and hot tub!

This hotel never disappoints. Our room was a suite with fireplace, lovely on a snowy day, and kitchen area so we could heat food and it had paper plates and cutlery which made bringing our supper back very convenient. The bath is fabulous for a soak, bring your favorite bubbles. The bed is comfy and the rooms quiet. Pool is great and hot tub nice for a relax before you settle in. The breakfast has sausage patties and nice scrambled eggs and a pancake maker. It is a great breakfast. This is our go to hotel in Lethhbridge.

The location was a pleasant surprise. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the mall. The breakfast was a great spread of options and was great for our 3 year old. The room was clean and very spacious.

Rooms were clean and furnishings were like-new.

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was well stocked, despite it being a hockey tournament weekend.

Terrible customer service by front desk staff. Front desk attendant seemed more concerned about her boyfriend and their dog that were on the floor behind the counter than anything else. Three of us having a quiet conversation were promptly kicked out of a common area at 10 sharp and told we could not sit in any common area and had to go to our rooms...I assume this is what a jail would feel like? There is no friendly staff at this hotel, would not recommend.

Positive: They have a squat rack in the gym which I used twice for great leg workouts and they had a good selection of free weights - one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. All the hotel staff were very professional and polite. Negative: The parking lot was a bit small.

Rooms are clean and spacious. You couldn't hear a ton of noise from outside or in the halls which is nice. Breakfast was good, well stocked and the space was clean. Overall very good. I just wish it didn't cost so much to spend less than 12 hours in a place haha
