First time going to this Bakery and we will definitely be back! Staff was friendly and there was lots to choose from. Everything we bought was great, highly recommend.
There’s a park nearby making it a great place to stop at before going for a walk.

We love this bakery so much! Bread is fresh and warm, baked goods are amazing! We especially love the cinnamon rolls, donuts, and croissants! Very nice people who work here too.

Friendliness of staff, and exceptional customer service alone makes this my favorite regular stop throughout the week...but especially on the weekend for gooey-good cinnamon buns (yes please, I'll some pan scrapings). The environment is such that you easily strike up simple conversations with other patrons, and complete strangers become community! Truly a treasure within our ExPNG!

Perhaps my favourite bakery in Guelph! All the baked goods looked super delicious. The smell is so pleasant when you walk in. Whoever served us was very helpful and polite. There's a combination of loaves, sweet things and savoury things, along with coffee and tea. A lovely little find!

I stopped in today for a coffee, a loaf of bread, and a croissant. While I generally appreciate that the kitchen staff work with their hands (and I trust they wash them), I was really put off by what happened at the front counter.

The person working the cash register rang me through, and then, without washing their hands or putting on gloves, immediately used those same hands to grab the loaf of bread I was buying and put it in a bag.

When I asked if this was normal practice, I was told “yes, that’s how we do it here.” I then watched the exact same thing happen with the very next customer in line. Honestly, that’s pretty gross. Handling money and then touching ready-to-eat food without any barrier is a major hygiene issue.

It’s a shame because the bakery itself has a great reputation, but this left me uncomfortable and I won’t be back unless they address basic food hygiene and safety practices.

Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon and purchased a glazed doughnut. The server grabbed on from bakery rack in the kitchen.
The doughnut was super fresh, right balance of sweetness for my liking and wonderfully leavened and cooked.👏👏👏👏👏👏
