I would highly recommend Nigel and the team at Master Spa’s. Not only did he take the time to get to know us and what we were hoping to create with our home spa, he also made sure we were happy every step of the way. We feel like we learned so much and we have been so happy with our tubs, sauna and massage chair. From introduction, to delivery and set up, the experience with the team was phenomenal.

Ryan is by far the best sales person we have ever worked with! He truly cares about you having success with your tub and finding the right fit for your needs. He took the time to educate us on all things hot tubs and didn't sell us anything we didn't need. The delivery guys were spectacular. So friendly and personable. Thank you Ryan! For everything! This guy is beyond helpful. I will admit the maintenance and the chemicals were a little overwhelming at first. He's made it easy every step of the way. Just bring water samples to the shop, he'll give you a printout and instruct you to perfect crystal waters. I frame custom homes for a living, I don't know how I live without this. They have great payment plans and the energy is surprisingly low roughly $17 a month. It is affordable life improvement. Thank you world of spas and thank you Ryan!

First, I love my hot tub! Living in a ski and mountain biking town, it gets used most days. Key thing when I bought was to have a high quality tub that would not require servicing often since I lived outside Calgary. I have had the tub for over a year with absolutely no issue. Second, I always find the staff super friendly and helpful when I come in for chemicals or filters. Overall, it has been a great experience!

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Stewart in the Parts Department. He’s knowledgeable and very helpful. He got me my new heater and provided valuable information on best practices for my hot tub. He explained it simply so that it made sense to me, and guided me towards a hot tub that will last. We had the pleasure to work with Nigel. We didn’t know anything about hot tubs and what struck us the most was his excellent customer service. We live in the North and researched many hot tubs to withstand the elements up here. Nigel was able to explain the hot tubs capabilities to withstand the weather and the therapeutic benefits the hot tub can provide for us First Responders which made our decision much easier. Lots of moving parts to get the hot tub here but from the first interaction to even after the purchase, everything was seamless with the transaction. Highly recommend Nigel and World of Spas.
