I was impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance. The check in and check out process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The check in and check out process was hassle free, and the staff provided prime service throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the assistance I received from the staff whenever needed. The room with a kitchen was a great convenience, allowing me to prepare some of my own meals. The pool was a nice added bonus for relaxation. Additionally, the ample parking made it easy for me to come and go as needed. The price was reasonable for the excellent amenities and service provided.

The check in was good; the agent was professional and friendly.The hotel is tired - needs a very deep clean and refurbishing in the common areas, elevators and rooms. It has windows in the rooms that open which was great! The restaurant was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and protein - would have been great to see some fruit. Lots of food. A decent stay for the price I paid and its proximity to the hospital which was where I needed to go.

We encountered a minor issue with our key, but the staff immediately resolved it with a smile. The room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen that was perfect for our needs.
