Yvonne is very knowledgeable at her craft. She helped me recover from a shoulder injury that had plateaued in full recovery. Anytime I had any sore/right muscles Yvonne provided great session, as well as recommended stretches. She is very friendly and her rates very good. I highly recommend Yvonne.

By far the best message therapist I have gone too. I wasn’t looking for a person to just message my area of pain then be back to square one 2-3 weeks later. Yvonne takes the time to find out what the issue is and what the root cause of your pain and discomfort is. She is a wealth of information that has been extremely helpful to me to understand what is really going on with my back. She is very personable and genuinely cares in helping her clients. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else.

I went to see Yvonne for the first time several months ago, she is amazing. The initial consultation was intense and she took detailed notes, I have many problem areas but Yvonne managed to get to them all. By the time I left our first session I felt and inch taller. She gave me home exercises to do, which of course helped me in-between visits. Her prices are excellent, and she is the very best massage therapist, her background in physical fitness is a great help to her. I highly recommend her.

Yvonne was very professional. Her space is very cozy and very clean. I even loved that she let me pick the scents I wanted during my massage! She is super friendly, I love that she took the time to get to know me before even doing a massage. She went over everything and explained what she’s doing and how it helps also told me some ways to improve at home. I felt so relaxed after my appointment. Honestly it was the best massage I had ever had. I would recommend Yvonne to all of my family and friends as she truly is amazing at what she does!

Yvonne is not only a great massage therapist but so much more knowledgeable in every way. She spent hours assessing my issue before touching me which was refreshing. I would highly recommend her for her professionalism, knowledge, very good prices and ambience. Furthermore her personal trainer background came in handy when talking about exercise and what I should and shouldn't do. I booked a session with Yvonne because I was experiencing tightness in my neck and shoulders. I had a good experience here. Yvonne seemed very knowledgeable about the different muscles and how the body systems all worked together. This was my first visit, and she took extra time to get to know what I wanted and needed. As I was very new to massages, I was a bit nervous. She was good at talking me through everything and asking me if I was still doing ok at various points. The room was comfortably warm and had a nice ambiance. My neck and shoulders definitely felt less tight when she was finished. Very happy with her work!
