This diner has a wonderful small-town feel, with incredible food and generous portions — definitely a must-try! Everything we ordered was delicious. Between the four dishes at our table, not a single one disappointed. The glass dome seating was a really unique touch, and the bathrooms were clean and private.

I would love to leave a 5-star review, but the service wasn’t quite there yet. While the staff was clearly hardworking, it took over 30 minutes just to get menus and more than an hour for our first two dishes to arrive, with the other two following about ten minutes later.

That said, the food was so good it was absolutely worth the wait. Considering they haven’t been open long, the service delays are understandable. I would definitely come back!

The food is wonderful. I got a burger cheese, it was wonderful. Here's what it had on it Burger, Cheese, Pickle, Lettuce,
White onion and Bacon.
I'm assuming their own sauce made in restaurant
You can have your own choice of fries, mash, or soup
The burger was fairly hot. The fries not so much could be hotter they felt a bit cold
The apple pie I don't really have that much to say about it it's like an apple pie that was warm but good nonetheless
All this cost me 23.05
That is honestly a fantastic price it felt like a 30-35 meal.
Now let's talk about staff and the building
The staff are super nice and are very attentive no matter how busy the place is they always know when to ask the right question and know when to come up to people at appropriate times.
The building has wonderful colours. Black red white looks wonderful and gives the place a friendly atmosphere
I hope this place stays in Vermilion for years. I wish the owner and staff much luck you struck gold with this happy customer

We loved our meal at Zayn's Diner! The spaghetti was so rich and flavorful, and the donair salad was fresh and delicious. Everything tasted homemade — we were so impressed to learn they even make their own donair meat in-house! You can really taste the difference. Can’t wait to come back!

Best worth while out of the way stop!
Sam and his family are the most genuine, friendly people! Their food is cooked to perfection and delicious. They treat my father like family. I had the beef noodle soup...so sooo good! Then a beef sandwich. The meat was tender ,flavorful and plentiful! Took the second half home for a late night snack. yum!

Came here for a quick lunch with family and loved how attentive and friendly the servers were throughout our visit. The Smokehouse Pizza was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous, making it great value for the quality. The warm, inviting atmosphere made our meal even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by for a bite!

We had an incredible experience at Zayn’s during our visit to Vermillion! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

But the real highlight? The food absolutely delicious! Almost everything was home made. Their spaghetti sauce and cream of broccoli soup was amazing!

I had the most amazing experience at Zayn's Diner today. The Swiss Mushroom burger and fries was outstanding and the staff took great care of me. It's so hard to find truly good service anymore and this place knows how to serve. If you're local or passing through, it's worth the stop! Thanks guys. 💖

Great place to eat if you’re looking for diner comfort food. Had their roast beef and gravy in their Mother’s Day buffet once and in their roast beef poutine. Super tasty! If you like roast beef give it a shot, best I’ve had in a while. Like every other restaurant these days priced high enough but food well worth it! Friendly staff and nice interior paint job
