This was my first visit. I will be back. From the moment I step inside, the staff was friendly. They went above & beyond by offering a beverage & some fruit snacks. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. They even have a mini art studio for kids so their moms can relax. And my artist, Kamal, is a freaking doll. She is talented and very friendly. This place may be new, but it certainly has the level of service from a well seasoned salon.

Stunning gel x nails by Ester! She perfected my nails and did a design that I had made up on the spot, super talented, quick and the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. 20/10 and they took me as a last minute walk in, she will be my only nail girl now.

I booked an appointment at around 9:30am for a 3pm slot to get a new gel (BIAB) set with a manicure. Upon arrival, I was offered a place to sit and wait, as well as a complimentary drink and chocolates/candies.

The nail tech wasn’t able to start working on my nails until 3:30pm. They kept apologizing profusely for not being timely, but I have a schedule to keep and have other appointments. Not once was I ever contacted beforehand to state they were running behind or short on staff or whatever their reasoning is.

You expect me to show up to my appointment on time for you, but where’s the same consideration for me and my time?

Because I was already 30min behind, I no longer have time to commit to a new gel set. I asked them to remove the old stuff I had on and just give me a manicure. No polish or anything. Take everything off and leave it a blank slate due to being behind on time. None too thrilled about this decision, as I haven’t had bare nails in YEARS. It’s a staple self-care routine I’ve had.

$63 for removal of my old gel (which was halfway grown out already because I’ve been extremely busy with moving here) and a basic manicure. My nails weren’t even filed down to the same length. The lotion “massage” I got afterwards seemed like it required a lot of effort for them, with subpar massaging actually being done. Didn’t bother cleaning under my nails. When grinding off the old gel, I could feel the heat on some parts of my nail bed it was so hot.

I’m not new to nails. I’ve been getting them done for 10 years off and (mostly on). I’ve had these services done before.

Not sure if these are the prices or services I should expect from Sylvan Lake, but this price is absurd for what was done and I wouldn’t pay anything close to this in Spruce Grove. What a lovely first-time nail experience upon moving here. 🙄

Zin Nails Lounge is an awesome spot to get your nails done. The staff are friendly, skilled, and always pay attention to the little details. I especially enjoyed their men’s manicure — really comfortable, professional, and perfect if you want clean, well-groomed hands. The place has a modern, relaxed vibe, and the service always leaves me impressed. Definitely recommend checking it out.

My nails turned out absolutely perfect—beautifully shaped, polished with care, and exactly the style I asked for. The technicians really pay attention to detail and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the service. I also appreciated that they took the time to recommend colors and designs that suited me, without ever being pushy. Definitely come back again!!!

From start to finish I was spoiled beyond anything I’ve had before at a nail salon.
They offer drinks and snacks when you walk in and go the extra mile to make you so comfortable.
This was the most effort I’ve ever experienced during a pedicure.
Extremely friendly staff, very reasonable price, the chairs are so comfortable and the hair spa was divine 🙌🏼

Our experience at Zin was wonderful! The salon is modern and very clean. We were offered a complimentary coffee or juice and a treat at checkin which was great. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I had a Magic Pedicure with a jelly soak which was really cool. The nail tech was terrific and I enjoyed a nice leg massage and hot stones while sitting in a massage chair. I chose a shellac polish with a cat’s eye (magnetic) finish and it was expertly applied. They even had a little kids area where the kids can paint porcelain figures and have a snack while you are getting your service. Will definitely be back when I am in town!
